It’s that time again! So please join us in welcoming poets Douglas Kearney & Sueyeun Juliette Lee at Agitprop Gallery this Saturday, June 7th at 7:00pm. Wine and snacks will be served. Donations to the gallery are always appreciated.

Poet, performer and educator, Douglas Kearney started his poetry career in San Diego and now lives in the San Fernando Valley. His work has appeared in numerous journals and anthologies. He has performed his work in venues across the country and on the air, including SD’s own Illfonix. His first full length book, Fear, Some was published by Red Hen Press in 2006.

Sueyeun Juliette Lee is the author of three chapbooks, Trespass Slight In (Coconut Books), Perfect Villagers (Octopus Books), and Mental Commitment Robots (Yo Yo Labs). Her work has been featured in the anthologies Poets on Painters (Ulrich Museum of Art) and The Bedside Guide (No Tell Motel). She lives in Philadelphia, where she is currently working toward her PhD at UPenn.
